Sir,

London, April 17, 1906. IN accordance with my instructions and with reference to your note of the 5th instant, I have the honour to inform you that the Imperial Minister at Peking has been instructed to notify the Imperial Consular authorities in China who are invested with jurisdiction of the Agreement concluded between the German and British Governments in regard to the reciprocal protection of trade marks in China, and to provide them with instructions in accordance with the Declaration contained in my note of the 26th March last.
